• Citrix Federal Government Departmental Individual Standing Offer (DISO)              E60ET-00005/001/ET

  DISOs are made available to Government Users Only due to the Commercial Confidential Nature of the documents. All sole source commercial off the shelf software requirements valued over $2M (GST/HST included) currently require a Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) submission for approval and all sole source requirement valued over $1M up to $2M (GST/HST included) require PWGSC Minister approval. As a result clients and potential contractors must factor this into consideration. • Networking Equipment Support Services (NESS)                                                           NESS # EN578-030742/001/EW

  What is the Federal Government's NESS? The NESS or Networking Equipment Support Services DISO is designed to allow federal government agencies and crown corporations to buy equipment easily and cost effectively through PWGSC.
  Effective, November 20th, 2006, all requests for Networking Equipment are required to be processed, via PWGSC's NESS Standing Offer through the online Invoicing Support Information System (ISIS) application. ISIS is a user-driven Web-based application, providing the Government of Canada with easy access to a list of NESS Offerors, Original Equipment Manufacturer product sets, and volume-discounted prices. • PWGSC Temporary Help Services (THS) 

  The Temporary Help Services (THS) On Line System is a tool to assist Federal Departments in their procurement of temporary help services up to $89,000.00, including all subsequent amendments, travel and living expenses, overtime and GST.
